Goal 9: utilise existing heritage elements within the space, reducing the construction waste from a major overhaul. It then minimises the suppliers it sources from and ensures that those used are economically, socially or environmentally sustainable.

Goal 14: Act as the first step in changing the way education is viewed through giving physical space to a 'luxury' and individual act. It is the first step in beginning to spread these types of facilities throughout the state to encourage equity in access of all forms of education
